I'm a business consultant and analyst with about 8 years in airline distribution technology, the systems behind how flights are sold, priced, and ticketed. I worked at Hitit Computer Services on NDC and PSS platforms, and earlier as a PSS Project Manager at Pakistan International Airlines. I'm IATA NDC 20.1 certified.

I handle the technical and business side of airline distribution: NDC, PSS, and GDS integrations, API work across REST and legacy SOAP web services, ticketing and reissue issues, fare setup, and XML troubleshooting.

• Managed end-to-end implementation of the Hitit Crane PSS at PIA, the national flag carrier covering Reservations, Internet Booking Engine (IBE), Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP), and Departure Control System (DCS).
• Served as primary interface between PIA business stakeholders and Hitit delivery teams, aligning requirements, configuration, integration with partner systems, and rollout milestones.
• Coordinated UAT, user training, data migration, and cut over planning to support the airline's PSS migration and post go live stabilization.
