Working in CPL for facebook I have grown a lot in my professional career. ​I have developed several roles within the team, from POC inside or auditor to my current position. As SME Coach I am the one who has more knowledge about the policy giving support to my entire market, I serve as a bridge between the quality team and the market, I explain the policy updates, I elaborate actions plan to the workers that have low results, continuous follow up with the newbies ... etc

Among the tasks that I develop in the company, I also perform the role of auditor in the quality team. Helping to correct the mistakes of my colleagues and help them to improve the quality of the entire team.

For years working as freelances helping companies in various fields. Web design, content creation for blog or magazines, social media management, graphic design, search engine optimization ...

The more experience that made me grow as a professional. started my own company and learned firsthand many concepts that would not have learned otherwise. From negotiating with customers, advising them and carry out the project.
