Sales Trends Monitoring: Proactively monitored sales trends to prevent out-of-stock situations and ensure product availability. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepared shipment status reports, conducted statistical sales forecasting, and generated stock out risk reports. Inventory Management: Optimized inventory levels by monitoring shelf life, managing obsolescence, and negotiating annual supply parameters. Coordination and Mitigation: Aligned subcontracting activities with the Trade Marketing Division and coordinated local mitigation efforts. OOS Reporting: Maintained product availability and minimized stock shortages through out-of-stock (OOS) reporting management

Create and monitor FG product planning and replenishment plan based on E2E strategies Manage demand and supply imbalances, ensuring E2E alignment with IBP horizon and collaborating with industrial planning Serve as primary contact for market and customer service regarding product supply information Optimize inventory and support IBP and budgeting processes for GBU, platforms, and sites.
