With more than three years in the field of customer service and studying an advanced curse in human resources, I accumulate a full career marked by continuous overcoming challenges that have strengthened my skills in crisis management and strategic planning Now I am looking to reinvent my career and put my knowledge and experiences into practice I started my career searching for an opportunity to strength my abilities in international relation and customer services. As a result of seeking continually opportunities to learn and practice, I became receptionist at the age of 25 years old, first of my largest challenges well done accomplished that allowed me to take another dare in other jobs with more responsibilities. Right now, counting on my behalf years of experience in customer services and the studies that I am doing, I’m pursuing a new professional goal come back to the international area after 3 years learnig from other mentors and develop my communicational skills by performing a new job position involving new challenges and formulating solutions in accordance with the objectives of the company
