• CICE / New Technologies School. Digital strategy creation & Marketing team reorganization (6 months project) I've leaded the Marketing Department with the objective of rethinking the marketing strategy (KPI's, agency, software...) increasing the number of students over 2.000 per year will 900.000€ budget.

• Book'n'Bloom / Booking management system. Global Launch project (Contractor) I created the Global Marketing Strategy, setting up the Marketing and Sales team, opening Madrid Office and rolling out the business in Spain, UK, US and LatAm

• PACKLINK / Shipping comparison platform Team and Global Strategy creation (6 months project) I managed a budget of 400k€ in SEM, SEO, display, PR, email marketing and Social with an average Conversion Rate of 11% (14% SEM) and very positive ROI with hundreds of daily sales.

• KEEPUNTO / Teenagers social network Launch and Growth hacking (Contractor) In this role, I managed the Marketing team, focused on user acquisition (10 times over objectives and I created and managed Social and PR strategies and an extremely successful Viral campaign

• AUGE / Education and University management company Creation and leadership of eCommerce campaign (Project)

✅ General management, team direction and Marketing direction for B2C (candidates) and B2B (companies and headhunters)

• As Member of the Steering Committee, created from scratch the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Strategies and hired and managed a team of 17.

• Multiplied digital sales by 10x and revenue by 2x by launching new D2C and Marketplaces strategies.

• Defined and managed the development of a Headless eCommerce strategy.

• Created Global Transformation Strategy: Internal, commercial and data.
