Hi 👋! I am Cyn. I am a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years of experience in designing, advising, and implementing People processes in multinational and startup companies across Latin America and Europe. With a degree in Public Relations, a postgraduate degree in Digital Strategy of Human Resources, a People Analytics certification from AIHR Academy and a Human-centered Systems Thiking certification from IDEO U, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, problem solving and data-driven approach to HR challenges.

I have led People area, building processes from scratch; I have helped scale a SaaS

company from 15 to +50and haveworked in matrix organizationwith extraordinary people

across the globe. I have had the opportunity to lead innovative initiatives aiming to improve employees (& candidates) `experience, provide learning opportunities and training to managers supported by AI & co-build self-enabled cultures to ensure everyone is set up for success.

My methodology when approaching a new project is to observe & make a diagnosis, learn about the company/industry, create processes and frameworks with internal people and finally, optimise with technology for scale.

I strongly believe that the best results are build in collaboration. That´s why I have intentionally crafted a generalist profile, always learning and co-creating with bright minds.
