- Managing EMEA Projects & Markets penetration including revenue forecast / roadmap.
- Cross-functional work and internal alignment on GTM strategy, market scalability and evangelization in Retail Industry (C-suite) of new omni-channel advertising model based on open-banking & PSD2 (ALO).
- Develop high performing management teams in EMEA markets (FR, ES, IE, BENELUX, IT, DACH)
- Work on continuous improvements in the business models (growth engines) and sales Ops (CRM & Sales Tools stack management).
- Hiring & Coaching 10 Sales Reps, identify training needs, designing onboarding programs focusing on team's performance alignment by implementing agile & collaborative frameworks.
