Activities I will perform in the current contract from 11:30 to 21:00 CEST:

Third-level support for incidents and problems.

Software and hardware homologation (my team ensures that software architectural designs work optimally on the chosen hardware).

Administration and maintenance of SCCM (formerly known as SMS, currently: Microsoft Configuration Manager).

Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Intune.

Mobile device management in Intune.

Development of scripts in PowerShell, Bash, CMD, SQL...

Management and optimization of Active Directory (AD).

Administration of virtual machine platforms (Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-V).

Management of the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, etc.).

Implementation of security and compliance measures in M365 and AD.

Support for minor M365 services (Planner, Yammer, etc.).

Service health monitoring and report generation.

Collaboration with WinTel, cybersecurity, and network teams.

Participation in digital transformation projects.

Documentation of practices and procedures.

Training other team members.

Responsible of production's area; room technician; sound engineering, audio mastering and video editing. Weekends and evenings.

Managed an Employee Experience team at L4 level. Served as Global and European CAB approver. Learned to disrupt, prioritize and trust the team, prioritize functionality over perfection, and manage fear. Delivered regional and global strategies to remove admin rights from all company endpoints, a regional strategy for VDI in labs for Customer Facing Population, and conducted a thoughtful analysis of user types and hardware segmentation.
