Worked on digital transformation projects for the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Spanish Ministry of Health, focusing on cloud architecture, application modernization, DevOps automation, and continuous delivery.

For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I assessed and redesigned existing infrastructure, supported the transformation of traditional solutions into scalable SaaS products, and automated cloud management, software quality, and delivery processes. I implemented CI/CD improvements, SonarQube quality controls, and Jira workflow automation to increase security, maintainability, traceability, and operational efficiency.

For the Ministry of Health, I designed and implemented a comprehensive DevOps architecture for the GNLA project, creating more than 150 CI/CD pipelines across a broad technology stack, including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, React, Angular, .NET, DACPAC, SQL databases, virtual machines, Azure App Service, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.

I also established reusable deployment standards, implemented secure deployment mechanisms for private environments using self-hosted agents on Azure Kubernetes Service, and supported the transition toward container-based architectures.

These initiatives helped standardize delivery processes, reduce manual intervention, improve deployment reliability and security, and accelerate the delivery of applications, data solutions, and infrastructure.

As a freelance Cloud Architect and DevOps specialist, I have collaborated with global clients, including the Government of Spain, Harris Computer, Zurich, AXA, the United Nations and its agencies, as well as various organizations across multiple industries. My expertise spans cloud infrastructure design, automation, security, and CI/CD implementation, delivering tailored solutions that optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. I have led strategic cloud transformations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

I spearheaded the digital transformation of the Servizurich project, designing and implementing a comprehensive CI/CD automation strategy with over 200 pipelines. These pipelines covered key technological scopes such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Power BI (PBI), NPM, .NET, and Azure, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across all development stages.

Additionally, I defined and architected the entire cloud infrastructure, designing and optimizing all the Terraform modules required to provision and manage resources efficiently. This approach ensured scalability, security, and full automation of the infrastructure.

This project significantly improved deployment efficiency, reliability, and delivery timelines, reinforcing a DevOps and Cloud-first strategy within the organization.
