I'm a Digital Product Manager with 𝟏𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲, having spent 4 years as a developer and the last 6 as a Product Manager/Product Owner, focusing primarily on Mobile Apps and SaaS, though I've also worked with multiple eCommerces and co-founded one.

In addition to my freelance work, 𝐈 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 at Escuela de Organización Industrial. At the school, I teach Activation and Retention, two Product Growth areas that I am particularly passionate about. Simultaneously, 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬. These products are developed by freelance engineers, following the strategy, research, designs, and requirements that I define.

As a Product Manager, I believe that releases shouldn't be celebrated; instead, success should be measured by business goals achieved, trying always to keep software efforts to the minimum.
