About Ulises S.

With +17 years as a transformation consultant across insurtech, pharma, banking, fintech, and retail, I help multidisciplinary teams break silos between sales, IT, product, ops, and CX. My systemic approach uncovers hidden interdependencies, maps real challenges, and orchestrates changes that cut complaints by 60% and build trust in key roles.

Deep diagnostics first. I interview execs (Heads of Sales, Product, CX, CTOs) to grasp perceptions and power dynamics. Blend Prosci-ADKAR, narrative sensemaking, AI for pattern detection, and risk forecasting. Skip "silver bullets" like AI without strategy: target root causes, not symptoms.

Some Real results:

Insurtech: Mapped manual data chaos (distributors); shared org-wide challenges → cross-area initiatives and -60% complaints.

Global pharma: 30+ technical POs disconnected from CX; redesigned processes → sales-product-tech alignment and boosted trust.

Banking: Automated claims processes via systemic challenge mapping and voluntary conversations; collaborated IT-business with COO for deep change → enhanced product roles and operational flow.

Innovative change management. Facilitate structured co-creation: guided sessions to clarify goals, bridge business-tech languages, and turn resistance into insights. Certified PMP (2013), Scrum Master, SAFe; design trainings, roadmaps, adoption plans, +15 certs.

Author of the book Integral Change. Drawing from my research and experience, it explores organizational narratives, systemic alignment, and sustainable transformation—tackling how companies turn ambiguity into coherent execution.

Led the global change and adoption strategy for Schneider Electric’s 360 product, a top-tier HR technology initiative aimed at reducing operational dependency and enabling 13,500+ managers to make autonomous, data-driven decisions. As the second-highest global HR priority, the program demanded precise alignment between product capabilities and business needs across North America, Europe, India, and APAC.

Designed and deployed a scalable training framework using real use cases and AI-enhanced learning, while coordinating with SVPs, regional HR leaders, and People Analytics Consultants to ensure consistent delivery and local relevance. Conducted narrative-based interviews and semi-structured ethnographic research to surface operational risks, refine value propositions, and guide product evolution across development, testing, and production cycles.

Results: accelerated global adoption, reduced support costs, improved recruitment planning, and embedded data-driven decision-making into daily operations. The initiative strengthened workforce planning maturity and positioned HR as a strategic enabler of business performance: These outcomes were formally recognized through written recommendations from SVPs, Program Managers, and Senior Directors.

Led the global orchestration of Schneider Electric’s Workforce Planning initiative, partnering with Product Management in Hong Kong and aligning priorities across North America, Europe, India, and APAC. Drove enterprise-wide workforce planning efforts to improve headcount forecasting and optimize workforce cost management, strengthening long‑term organizational planning and profitability.

Collaborated closely with PACs (People & Analytics partners), who act as key strategic advisors to regional leadership. A key part of the role involved understanding diverse local workforce planning processes across regions and facilitating alignment toward a unified global approach.

Acted as a bridge between regional stakeholders and the global product team, working closely with the Global Product Owner based in Hong Kong and the development team to ensure business needs were accurately translated into platform capabilities.

Once alignment was achieved across stakeholders, designed and executed a global change strategy. This included developing communication plans for multiple regions, partnering with senior leaders worldwide, and delivering training programs to drive adoption. The rollout was supported by targeted learning initiatives, including AI-enabled microlearning modules to scale knowledge and engagement across the organization.
