• Technical and strategic support: Provide strategic leadership and technical support to global humanitarian responses, ensuring integration of resilience, livelihoods, and CVA into organisational standards.

• Humanitarian capacity and surge support: Deliver high-quality surge capacity for emergency interventions. Contribute to the development of research agendas and facilitate the gathering of evidence to drive innovation and learning within the Oxfam confederation and with partner's humanitarian teams.

• External representation and advocacy: Represent Oxfam in high-level international fora (gFSC, IPC TAG), influencing policies and practices addressing food security crises and building external partnerships.

• Internal coordination and network building: Lead cross-regional practitioner networks to strengthen coherence, learning, and organisational capacity.

• Plan International: Develop a complete toolkit for integrated Child protection and Food security (all stages of PCM).

• COOPI: Support technical design and drafting of concept notes and full project proposals, aligning strategies with donor compliance and sectoral standards.

• COOPI: Provide last technical validation for the design of tools, guidelines and strategies in FS and LH, aligning them with donor compliance and sectoral standards.

• Act as global advisor. Provide a thorough analysis of the global programs in FSL, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Programme management: Supported the design, technical follow-up, and management of tools and projects in OPT, SYR, LBN, MDA, GEO, ARM, TUR.

• Technical and strategic support: Coordinated and carried out assessments and technical monitoring related to food security, agriculture, value chains, income-generating activities, cash and voucher distributions to inform program strategies and response plans.

• Surge support: Deployed rapidly to crises, assuming leadership roles in programme coordination and external engagement – deployments: 2022 Abkhazia, Moldova; 2023 Lebanon, Georgia proper; 2024 Lebanon.

• Representation & Stakeholder engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for donors, partners, and stakeholders at national and international levels, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and compliance.
