I serve as a strategic HR partner to department directors, deeply involved in all people-related aspects, from talent and development to team training and organization. I participate in selection processes, validating final candidates, and collaborate closely with managers on team growth, proposing training and action plans. I also analyze and contribute to departmental restructuring to meet business needs, support leaders in key communications, and act as the main HR point of contact for employees. I effectively manage and resolve employee conflicts and collaborate with other HR teams on projects and daily operations.

I manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and develop and implement HR policies that align with company values. I effectively handle employee inquiries and grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and oversee performance management systems to support growth. Additionally, I collaborate with finance to design competitive compensation and benefits packages.

I strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and development to retention and performance. I foster positive employee relations and engagement, proactively plan for future workforce needs, and guide the organization through change, all while ensuring HR policies are legally compliant and culturally aligned.
