•  Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for AIRCOM Server, one of the organization's most solid products, serving 160+ airline clients.

•  Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with Customer Services, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

•  Support sales, marketing, and training initiatives, building strong business cases to drive sustained success.

•  Define product vision and marketing strategy to assure the business goals.

•  Roadmap implementation across Zurich business units.

•  Manage and coordinate the technical team members for the successful implementation of the service through the different Business Units.

•  End to end project management accountability to time, budget and quality.

•  Controlling the aircraft delivery timeline and the provider's deliverables.

•  Manage and contract negotiation with 3rd parties, providers, and lessors.

•  Cost control of the aircraft configuration and options for the 787's and 737's.
