In my role as Product Manager, I define and execute the product roadmap for Partners: I research user archetypes, identify pain points in their daily workflows, and design solutions that optimize onboarding, order management, financial reporting, and the reactivation of inactive partners. I work cross functionally with design, engineering, data, and key stakeholders to ensure impactful deliveries, prioritized with a focus on value, usability, and scalability.

As Service Strategy Lead, I lead the company’s Service Design team with a cross-functional approach across the entire operation. Our work focuses on mapping, designing, and optimizing the key services and flows that support the Cashea experience—from buyers and partners to internal processes that enable teams to operate efficiently. We design end-to-end journeys, identify friction points, implement operational improvements (automations, integrations, process redesign), and ensure coherence, quality, and scalability across the experience.

With a systemic perspective, I combine strategic thinking, data analysis, user experience focus, and rigorous execution to build solutions that scale with real impact.

I partner with companies and founders to transform ideas into clear, high-impact digital products. I support clients throughout the entire product lifecycle—from defining the value proposition and crafting user-centered strategies to shaping intuitive experiences and guiding execution with a measurable business focus.

My work involves conducting user and market research, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into actionable product direction. I design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and product flows, ensuring that every solution aligns with user needs, brand goals, and long-term scalability. I also advise teams on prioritization, product discovery, UX best practices, and early validation to accelerate successful MVP launches and product iterations.

Beyond design and strategy, I help clients align cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and implement product-led thinking to strengthen decision-making and improve delivery outcomes.

As Product Director at Chispa Lab, a global technology agency delivering web and mobile solutions, I led the product strategy and discovery process for clients across diverse industries. My responsibility was to translate business needs into high-quality digital products, ensuring a strong user experience and a deep understanding of each client’s audience.

I oversaw end-to-end product definition—from research, UX strategy, and feature prioritization to execution and delivery—guiding clients toward solutions that were scalable, intuitive, and aligned with their growth objectives. I also played a key role in business development, identifying new opportunities, crafting product proposals, and helping expand the agency’s client portfolio.

Internally, I managed cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment, efficient workflows, and timely delivery. I was also responsible for hiring and team growth, building a multidisciplinary team capable of executing complex digital products with technical and creative excellence.

In this role, I combined product leadership, client strategy, and operational coordination to deliver impactful digital experiences while strengthening the agency’s business and long-term relationships.
