I help companies set clear short-, medium- and long-term sustainability goals, prepare for evaluation & certification processes (EcoVadis, ISO 14001, B Corp), and build robust reporting frameworks aligned with CSRD, SBTi, GRI, and SASB.

Beyond strategy, I actively support operational implementation by updating internal policies, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating change management to ensure long-term impact.
