Salmon worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer to produce bespoke solutions to clients. He created and deployed e-commence websites, setting up and supporting company CRM's, developing custom solutions in various languages like Java, Php, Python and C#.

Mr. Erasmus was responsible for DevOps and web application development for the UK and Germany office. He worked on developing in-house solutions to allow warehouse staff to process thousands of recycled phones per day. He was responsible for all the IT infrastructure at the UK office and managed the inhouse servers. He also developed a web-based recycling white label solution that Greener Solutions rolled out to 260 charities and businesses like Tesco, Nectar and HMV.
