As a certified Atlassian Expert, I led digital transformation and automation initiatives for new and existing clients, using Atlassian Cloud and On-Premise products with a strong focus on cloud migrations and performance optimization.

My role encompassed:

Some of the most interesting projects I had the opportunity to work on included:

• • Digitalized the billing process for a multinational bank, reducing processing time and error risk

• • Upgraded and optimized a Jira Service Management/Software instance for 2000+ users across 150+ projects

• • Led multiple Jira and Confluence migrations from On-Premise to Atlassian Cloud, ensuring compliance, security, and performance

• • Upgraded a Jira Service Management setup to a high-availability architecture for a Moroccan state financial institution, improving reliability.

Administered the internal JSM instance and assisted in the installation, programming and configuration of Skidata Smart Parking systems.
