As Head of Engineering for Games of the Future 2025, I led delivery of six event

support products and managed ~30 engineers across multiple teams to meet an

immovable launch date. I stabilised the mission-critical timing/scoring and real-time results publishing platforms, coordinated delivery with product, event operations, infrastructure and QA, and ran live support via a dedicated war room. In the final week we shipped ~50 releases and completed the event with zero incidents blocking match operations.

Design, architecture and implementation of basic and advanced RAG techniques. Evaluation of various RAG approaches for specific datasets. Integration and deployment of LLaMa 3 (May 2024). Development of AI applications.

The core responsibility is R&D related to ML/DL solutions. Other responsibilities: architecture, including pipelines, infrastructure, scalability, backend, frontend and less product design. Achievements: 30x performance increase, 2-3x error metrics decrease, dataset collection, model training, infrastructure architecture. Successful exit with the sale of the Max product – video meeting processing system. SaaS and on-Premise solution which includes CV, audio processing and LLMs.

Led the R&D of 12 outsourced projects in various fields such as CV, NLP, audio processing, classical DS.
