Working for an international client in the PetCare industry at their large scale Transformation Program.

I was initially hired to act as a Project Management Officer (PMO) to help build a Project and Program Management playbook and develop best practices. I was also responsible for configuring ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and PPMs modules.

Currently I am acting as a Program Manager for the deployment team responsible to deploy Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA in a pilot market, among other projects.

Exasol is headquartered in Nuremberg, has a startup mindset, and counts with a multinational and multicultural team across the globe. I am an IT Project manager responsible for implementing waterfall, agile and hybrid projects and owning the overall project life cycle (including presentations to Senior management and Board level):

- Implementation of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) module & Service Cloud module in existing Salesforce landscape, including previous project for tool selection.

- Multi-cloud strategy definition via AWS program.

- Support successful recertification cycle for ISO 9001 & 27001.

CELINE is a booming French leather goods and couture house driven by a new creative director Hedi Slimane. Its ambition is to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide. I am currently responsible for the HRIS landscape in the HR department, from feasibility study and contract negotiation to process change and system implementation. Responsible for several projects including:

- HRIS Strategy & Roadmap definition, point of contact for HR vendor mgm. and system maintenance.

- Implementation of PeopleDoc – E-signature & digitalization of HR workflows.

- Implementation of CEGEDIM SmartRH (Absence management) module.

- Implementation of an HR Interface project - Interface between our IAM and HCM SucessFactors.

- IAM Project – HR Process owner.
