I co-create and implement strategies and action plans for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI), Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Employer Branding (EB), Change and Talent Management, Leadership Development, Strategic Communication and Organizational Design and Transformation, through changes in mentality and behaviors that lead to innovation, greater engagement, increased well-being and organizational efficiency. Furthermore, I lead the design and implementation of strategies, processes and tools related to enhancing the experience and performance of the TRIVU team.
