My role's responsibilities include:

• Updating both our client facing and internal web apps to include new functionality (UI, backend, database modeling, GraphQL schema updates, integrations with third party providers such as FullStory and Stripe).

• Debugging existing issues in the whole stack.

• Responding to platform alerts on Sentry, and using observability tools such as DataDog to root cause these issues.

• Ensuring our infrastructure is running correctly (Cloudflare for DNS, AWS for EC2 instances, S3, more).

• Coordinating closely with the CEO, CTO, marketing and CS teams to provide our customers a high level of service. Our stack includes Typescript, React, NextJS, GraphQL, Prisma, MUI, AWS, and more. NeighborSchools is a venture backed, mission driven EdTech, SaaS startup which helps parents find the best daycare near them and helps daycare providers get licensing and setup to offer daycare from their homes.

I am the founder and sole developer of ZippyHR.com, a SaaS software product focused on developing tools for HR processes. I started ZippyHR because I love working on both product and tech and creating solutions to real world problems. ZippyHR is currently used by more than 1000 employees. My work includes:

• Customer interviews, developing mockups for new features according to the target market's needs.

• All UI design and development of the frontend using ReactJS, NextJS, Chakra UI, and Tailwind.

• All architecture and development of backend software using NextJS and Prisma as the Postgres interface, and modeling all data using Prisma schemas for Postgres.

• Design and deployment of the server structure using the Google Cloud Platform, including provisioning of VMs for production and development servers, setting up automatic deployments from Github, and configuring Google Storage buckets and SQL servers.

I am the founder and sole developer of the Electrician Calculator Pro (https:// electriciancalculator.com), an smartphone app for US based electricians and lighting professionals which helps ensure their calculations are performed according to the US National Electric Code (NEC). I developed this as I saw a need for a more user friendly way to verify NEC based calculations in the field. This was initially developed using Java/Android SDK and Objective-C/iOS SDK, however it has since been migrated to a single codebase using React Native (apps). Accomplishments:

• Took a software product from conception to market, including all software development in two different programming languages and SDKs, creation of assets used, and setting up of a responsive marketing website (http:// www.electriciancalculator.com)

• Developed for both the Android and iOS SDK, environment and later ported to React Native.

• Set up and managed Google Adwords campaign and Google Analytics for the sales website.
