Mi nombre es Rafa y tengo 6 años de experiencia en el mundo de la electronica del automovil, más concretamente en los OBC.
El OBC es un sistema que transforma la tension AC de la red en DC para cargar la batería de alta y está formado generalmente por un filtro de entrada y un PFC, posteriormente encontramos la Dclink, un DCHV con tanque resonante y un filtro de salida del cual cuelga un DCLV para alimentar la batería de 12V
Durante mi estancia todo el trabajo ha girado entorno al OBC y he tenido que afrontar desafíos muy diversos, prototipado de circuitos, simulación en LTspice, validacion de placas, largas jornadas de ensayos EMC, especialmente emisiones conducidas, documentar en polarion y analisis y creacion de requisitos, ensayos térmicos y de vibraciones, analisis de layout de PCBs, estudio y aplicación de la norma IEC60664, testeo en potencia de los convertidores por separado y de todo el sistema junto, resolución de issues y localización de root causes focumentando en 8D.

Created validation protocols supported by simulations to reduce design time and hardware iterations. Worked on system-level tests combining electronics and firmware, defining performance limits according to customer requirements.. Performed accelerated stress, thermal, and EMC tests, correlating physical results with simulation models including transient analysis, AC analysis, and noise analysis. Conducted failure analysis of customer returns (warranty parts), producing structured 8D reports to guide corrective actions. Improved PCB designs by applying IEC60664 clearance-creepage rules, saving space and improving reliability. Designed and updated Altium schematics for a wireless OBC based on customer requirements, validated with LTSpice. Contributed to the development of power conversion systems for e Mobility.
