I am a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in Structured and Project Finance, having led complex transactions across the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Currently, I serve as Head of Structured Finance at AGR Biogas, where I oversee the structuring and closing of project financing transactions (equity, senior debt, mezzanine) and the definition of the company’s capital strategy for a 19-plant biogas pipeline in Spain. My work includes negotiation of financing agreements, shareholder arrangements and financial modelling for project-level KPIs and returns.

Prior to joining AGR Biogas, I held senior roles at Cepsa Trading —where I led both Corporate and Trade Finance activities— and at Abengoa, where I developed and executed structured and project finance operations across the renewable, water and bioenergy sectors.
