From passing Google's code review with near-zero revisions to rescuing product launches weeks before go-live. From architecting platforms that enabled $1.5M fundraises to cutting deployment chaos from 36 hours to 8 on Fortune 500 programs.

What I've learned across all of it: technology problems are almost never really technology problems. They're decision problems, organizational problems, and risk problems that happen to live inside code and infrastructure.
