My role is Tech Lead. I am responsible for the development and delivery of new functionalities, as well as country migrations. I interview candidates, mentor other developers, gather requirements from stakeholders, make architectural decisions, and provide production support.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I contributed to the implementation of the company's vaccination scheduling system in Sweden. In parallel, I developed features related to blood analysis services —the company's core business— ensuring reliable healthcare support during a critical period.

As a Tech Lead, I was responsible for gathering requirements, interviewing candidates, mentoring new developers, making architectural decisions, leading development, and managing go-lives.
