About Pau

I'm a full stack developer based in Barcelona. I work with React, Python, FastAPI and PostgreSQL, and I've been building web apps and APIs for a few years now. I've deployed projects on AWS, worked with clients directly and through agencies, and built my own products too — including a legal tech SaaS for Spanish law firms.
More recently I've been getting into AI consulting. A lot of companies are hearing about AI everywhere but nobody is actually showing their teams how to use it for their specific work. That's what I do — I come in, understand how the team works, and help them integrate AI into their actual day to day so they get more done without changing everything around them.

    I designed and built a custom case management platform from the ground up. The system handled the full lifecycle of each case, from intake to resolution, with automated deadline alerts tied to the Spanish court calendar, a client-facing portal for real-time case updates, and an internal billing module tracking billable hours per attorney.
    Delivered in 3 months. All 15 attorneys fully onboarded in the first week. Administrative overhead dropped by 60% and no court deadline has been missed since go-live.

    Growthlab Digital is a Barcelona-based performance marketing agency managing paid campaigns for over 30 clients simultaneously. Leads were coming in from multiple sources but tracked manually in spreadsheets — no scoring, no automation, and no way to connect campaign spend to actual closed deals.
    I built a centralised lead management platform from scratch. The system automatically captured leads from all active campaigns, scored them based on behaviour and traffic source, and routed them through a visual pipeline per client. Automated follow-up sequences triggered based on lead status removed the manual work entirely.
    Delivered in 2 months. Lead response time dropped from 4 hours to under 3 minutes. The agency reported a 40% increase in lead-to-client conversion rate within the first quarter after launch.

    Ulpiano is a full legaltech platform designed for lawyers and advisors who manage inheritance procedures, family trees, and estate workflows. I worked on both the backend and frontend, building a modern, fast, and fully responsive application.

    On the backend, I developed secure APIs, authentication, document handling, and complex business logic using Python (FastAPI/Quart). On the frontend, I built dynamic multi-step flows, dashboards, and interactive components with Next.js, React, Tailwind, and React Query.

    I also handled the DevOps side: Dockerized services, CI/CD pipelines, staging/production environments, and deployments.

    The dashboard shown above is part of the platform and provides real-time case summaries, client management, pending tasks, and quick-action sections for urgent items. It’s designed to be clean, intuitive, and ready for daily professional use.

    This project demonstrates my ability to plan, design, and deliver complete full-stack applications with modern tooling, scalable architecture, and production-ready workflows.
