responsibilities, new products were added to my scope (hotels, cars, and insurance). - Leading the local team (4 members), and organizing the operative

task for our external support team in Perú. - Analysis of the performance of commission and incentives for hotels, cars, and insurance sales. - Following the trend of cancellation rates of hotels and cars and, analysis of different scenarios for the provision.

Responsible for regular & low-cost flights, fraud provision, cancellation for any reason, and flexible ticket products. - Leading monthly closing process, coordinating timelines & deliverables with stakeholders. - Assist to identify & analyze the monthly and YTD deviations in P&L. - Reporting chargebacks from customers' monthly impacts and analyzing the recoveries per quarter. - Ensuring that ancillaries product's deferred incomes and expenses are calculated correctly according "what if" scenarios. - Seeking risk in the economic impact of integrity issues in our systems

to provide solutions. - Providing information required in the audit process.

Monthly and year-to-year analyzes of variation in airline's commission's accruals and receivables by brand, markets, and suppliers. - Booking by booking analyzes of open accruals, comparison with supplier position, and differences explanation. Calculate the PL risk in old open accruals. - Reconciliation by supplier and aging's trade accounts payable and receivables. - Improving process efficiency and working papers.
