Digital consultant, coordinator and trainer of a content factory in finance industry (20 people). We work to create a coherent storytelling of brands across the digital ecosystem. My main task is to guarantee consistency between the brand strategy and the content production, to plan the work of the team by identifying the best methodologies to optimize the results.

I coordinate a team of 10 people that work everyday to satisfy the brand needs. As a project leader, I guarantee the develop on time and according to budget of all the content activities, and I also guarantee the coherence with the brand strategy and goals. My main activities: digital & social media strategy, influencer strategy/digital PR, social media crisis management. I even support my team to refine the operating flows and to improve the skills of every single member.
