• Architected and shipped a multi-tenant SaaS platform:

Next.js 16, React 19, AWS (CDK), serverless, credit-based billing

• Built AI orchestration engine: multi-LLM routing, 100+ API

integrations, Knowledge Graph with scoring memory

• Deployed production workflows for enterprise clients (VC platforms,

agencies) — investor matching, lead enrichment, content automation

• Published MCP server on npm for Claude/Codex integration

• Managed full product lifecycle: design → build → deploy → support

Successfully led a remote engineering team with expertise in mobile, full-stack, web, data, and ML, working cross-functionally with distributed product, design, marketing, and data science teams to identify and execute 500+ end-to-end growth experiments, resulting in multi-million incremental impact to our org-level objectives.

Identified, assessed and onboarded 6 full-time remote hires and 6 intern SDEs, and promoted 2 SDEs.

Worked cross-functionally on end-to-end growth experiments, with full ownership of server-side services and client-side components to support HVA metrics infrastructure, Deeplinks and Push Notifications on Amazon iOS and Android apps.

Led an initiative to reverse-engineer a critical legacy module, resulting in the discovery of outdated features, decreased code complexity, improved maintainability of shared components, and created a new foundation for experimentation.

Co-led external initiatives with platform companies (Apple, Google) to identify opportunities for improvement at the platform level, achieving a set of innovation-focused targets within our technology organization.

Mentored 4 junior members with active contribution to hiring, developing and retaining top talent, 20+ interviews 2 hires.
