Consulting for a Leading Global Insurance and Financial Services Organization, where I lead the transition of a custom SOC monitoring platform from Project to BAU. This platform enabled data-driven decision-making by extracting KPIs and insights from various Security data sources. Key Functions:

Monitoring the performance of Security providers in the delivery and operation of Security Services, while pushing the refinement of operational models and agreed-upon improvement initiatives. Budget-based administration of projects and services, as well as order and vendor tracking. Management of a budget over 20 million euros, including economic control reports, predictions, and revenue growth. Control of QoS, including KPI and SLA monitoring, risk and crisis management, and change coordination.

Responsible for orchestrating the creation of complex, multi-year, bespoke solutions, proposals, and related cost-cases in order to assure the consistent delivery of high-quality Security Services that fulfil business and technical requirements. Owner of the technical solution and primary source of engagement management and solution design across the whole Security life cycle management, developing the documents connected with the response to RFP, RFI, and public tenders: RAID log, RACI matrix, Statement of Work, and overseeing a diversified team of Technical Subject-Matter Experts, Sales, and Delivery to produce a winning solution.
