Lead the engineering delivery for a portfolio of 5 concurrent initiatives at a diagnostics company focused on cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing: 30+ people across engineering, QA, and BA, with engineering and QA leads reporting to me. I own how these teams turn complex product and technical goals into predictable, high-quality software.

• Manage and grow the teams through the engineering and QA leads who report to me: running 1:1s across the team, owning performance reviews and career development, coaching leads into stronger managers, and interviewing candidates for engineering roles.

• Own delivery and technical direction across the teams: sprint, release, and capacity planning, plus driving architecture and key technical decisions alongside our senior architects.

• Coordinate AI/LLM initiatives from planning to delivery, including a real-time AI assistant now in production supporting live agents with knowledge-base search, live transcriptions, and summaries, among other capabilities.

• Balance scope, capacity, dependencies, and risk across multiple teams, keeping distributed teams, product, and business stakeholders aligned on priorities and delivery risk.

Ran engineering and delivery for 1–2 concurrent initiatives on an AWS-based clinical platform for a diagnostics company focused on cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, a regulated healthcare environment. I led the teams and stayed hands-on, personally designing and building production systems.

• Designed and implemented a serverless workflow (AWS: Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and more) that automated end-to-end processing of a women's-health diagnostic test, replacing manual, step-by-step case handling with an automated flow covering status transitions and patient notifications. Sped up processing and removed manual handoffs.

• Designed and implemented a direct Stripe integration that replaced a paid third-party payment vendor — cutting recurring vendor costs and, more importantly, removing an external dependency so the team now fully owns the payment stack and can build any feature Stripe supports without third-party constraints.

• Managed and developed the engineering and QA team through their leads — 1:1s, performance reviews, career growth, and hiring interviews.

• Owned delivery end to end (planning, milestones, dependencies, risk, releases) and drove technical direction and architecture in a regulated, compliance-sensitive setting.

Led 5 development teams building multiple web applications for a US-based sports solutions company, coordinating 17–20 developers and 6 QA engineers.

• Guided system design for new projects and drove key technical decisions across the teams.

• Owned planning, milestones, and delivery coordination across five teams, keeping engineering and QA aligned.

• Interviewed, mentored, and onboarded engineers as the teams scaled.
