‣ Currently leading an ambitious team of 3 content marketers, a pool of more than 20 freelance writers, editors, developers, and agencies
‣ Responsible for shaping Preply’s content marketing strategy for 2023, including our approach to content localization, optimization, and experimentation
‣ In the past, scaled content production by 3x by creating a hybrid model, which sped up our operations
‣ Grew customer acquisition through content by 2x by shifting our content strategy from the top to the middle and bottom of the funnel
‣ Led multiple internal brainstorms, user research, workshops, and learning sessions to nurture creative thinking and user-centricity in the team
‣ Launched education video as a new content format, and built operations to ensure fast and scalable production, and as a result, my team created more than 100 videos in 6 months
‣ Launched two pilot video courses in business English and built a successful distribution plan across organic and paid channels that brought us a significant amount of new customers with low CAC
‣ Revamped blog UX and taxonomy, which led to a jump in conversion rate from visitors to customers
