    Reporting directly to the Corporate Fleet Director, Miguel Ángel was responsible for one of the five corporate departments within the Fleet Division and led the international deployment of a new fleet management strategy, centered on the implementation of PRISMA, by Sisteplant, a corporate CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) within the Urban Services business unit.
    The project impacted four countries (Spain, India, France, and Chile), covering over 11,000 vehicles, 100+ workshops, and approximately 1,000 employees, and had a direct impact on the company’s P&L by improving control over maintenance and fuel costs — two of the largest operational expenses in fleet management. Its objective was to improve reliability, maintenance control, and enable full visibility of vehicle TCO, while also enhancing cost traceability, operational efficiency, and financial accountability across the fleet.
