I am a multidisciplinary professional with strong experience as an AutoCAD Plant 3D Administrator and Programmer, as well as a Chemical Engineer with expertise in process design verification and regulatory compliance. I specialize in the configuration, customization, and automation of intelligent piping and instrumentation environments, working closely with engineering teams to streamline workflows, ensure design consistency, and optimize project execution.

As a Plant 3D Administrator, I configure project structures, manage pipe classes and specification catalogs, implement CAD standards, and ensure alignment between PFDs, P&IDs, and 3D models. I oversee revision control, develop project templates, and provide technical support to maintain organized and efficient project environments.

As a Programmer, I develop custom tools and scripts using .NET and AutoLISP to automate repetitive tasks such as tagging, BOM extraction, and report generation. I also integrate Plant 3D with external data sources—such as SQL databases and the Heat & Material Balance (H&MB)—to enable the automatic generation of valve, instrument, and equipment lists directly from P&ID diagrams.

From a process engineering perspective, I verify that the H&MB is technically consistent with the plant’s design conditions, ensuring that flow, pressure, and temperature data align with operational requirements. I am responsible for determining piping classes based on process conditions, designing insulation thicknesses according to thermal and safety standards, and classifying lines under the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU).

I also manage and communicate all revision changes to the appropriate engineering team or Technical Office department, ensuring accurate updates across all project deliverables.
