-In charge of documentation, configuration, analysis and taking of requirements, Gaps, etc.

-Implementation management for customers in Germany and Switzerland

-Resource management, delivery dates, redistribution of tasks.

-Ensure the effective development of training manuals, internal policies and knowledge transfer.

-Post-implementation activities management and control: quality assurance, resolution of incidents.

▪Achievements I emphasized the quality and estimated dates of Go Live, achieving the same. I also insisted that the project team focus on excellent quality in the configuration materials for the maintenance team. In this way, a delivery of Go Live was achieved in a timely manner and the impacts of said change were mitigated

- Responsible for survey of financial processes in Argentina, Chile, Panamá, México, and Paraguay

-Project quality and plan reporting.

-Implementation of the RACI matrix (responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed)

-Participation in project and communication with the client.

-Process documentation and mapping: costing, finance BP, cashflow and treasury.

-Ensure the effective knowledge transfer of operational manuals and projects internal policies.

▪Achievements In the midst of a difficult environment given that the companies would merge and many people would lose their jobs, I was able to motivate the team (4 people in charge), to achieve the objectives of completing the collection of information and its subsequent preparation of training manuals for those who would occupy the new positions. It was a success and we were able to deliver high quality material in a timely manner and after that coordinate training on the site.
