Managed engineering team across Spain and Portugal, delivering assembly tooling and jigs for aeronautical structures to clients like Airbus and Embraer. Implemented 3DExperience PLM system for configuration management, BOM and Industrialization operations. Developed CAD design standards, Engineering Design Library, and procedures for efficient workflow.

Lead multidisciplinary projects, developing galleys and toilets for railway wagons, including different types of modules (Vending machines, fridges, cabinets, countertops, tanks, structures) and systems (hydraulic, thermal, electrical, etc.), supervising a team of 3 engineers and 2 designers. Develop technical documentation for assembly, commissioning, and maintenance procedures, understanding and applying railway regulations (EN 61373, EN 12663, EN 15085, EN 45545). Manage the engineering design change process with SAP, SharePoint and Windchill. Provide factory support during manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases. Developed an integration between CREO Parametric and Excel using VBA, for easy manage BOM parameters and export data using a template.

Mechanical design of modules of air dehumidifiers DFLOW and DFRA series, like Silica disc traction system, heater module, cold/hot air batteries modules and inlet/outlet modules. These designs were mostly parametric and modular, linked with an VBA-made UI that can modify the assemblies sizing with air flow/pressure calculations.

Selected mechanical components based on psychometric calculations and FEM and CFD simulations.

Checked the integrity of installations based on Eurocodes (EN 1990, 1991,-1, 1993-1, 1998, and 1999) and client specifications.
