Manuel ramped up extremely quickly on our data stack and became autonomous in a very short time. He is proactive and consistently brings strong technical proposals. He is not afraid to challenge existing architectures or recommendations, while remaining open to discussion and able to understand the constraints that sometimes lead to pragmatic compromises. He provided valuable support on the design and implementation of a lakehouse within a broader data architecture, showing strong ownership and initiative. Beyond his core responsibilities, Manuel actively contributes to our ML topics and takes the time to understand the broader context and trade-offs, even on subjects he is not directly assigned to. He is highly available, efficient, and always maintains a positive attitude. Communication is very smooth, and he is genuinely pleasant to work with on a day-to-day basis. Based on this experience, we renewed his mission without hesitation.
