Client: T-Mobile Facilitating scrum ceremonies for the teams Create an environment of trust and confidence between the onshore and offshore dev members Coach Product Owner for best practices on how to manage the backlog by the creation of a healthy backlog and perform the proper splitting of stories Coach the dev team on estimating the items to be worked as a team and not as a single silo, besides best practices to start working on the highest and most difficult tickets first and later the easy ones. Identify risks or bottleneck in the team process Help on team member's motivation by having small talks with each member on the human side Inform stakeholders on demand how the team is performing including (features delivered, issues found, technical debt covered in the sprint, velocity, burndown chart, as well as showing how is the overall progress within the sprint Oversee development and delivery of new features and functionality Implementing agile/scrum methodology
