Lérida, Spain
I was brought in by Sara, the founder of Ojalá Agency, to support the delivery of a unique large-scale event for a major international brand in Catalunya.

From the preparation phase to the on-site execution, we coordinated the logistics for a 50-person international team : travel arrangements, arrivals and departures, accommodation across 3 hotels, restaurants bookings, 12 car rentals and team wellbeing activities.

Present on site for 2 weeks, I ensured operational continuity, handled last-minute requests and contributed with Sara to creating a smooth, stress-free experience for both the client and the team in a fast-paced environment.

WORKPLACE SETUP & EXPERIENCE

I supported GAIN in the full setup and optimization of their new 200m² office in Barcelona (Eixample), designed to welcome a 15–20 people team within a tight timeline.

Scope & impact :
- End-to-end office setup: space planning, furniture installation, IT & wiring coordination
- Vendor management (cleaning, equipment, snacks, logistics)
- Workspace optimization to improve flow, comfort and usability
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with team needs

Results :
✓ Fully operational office delivered in ~ 8 weeks
✓ Clear, functional workstations for every employee
✓ Improved space flow and overall work experience
✓ Increased office attendance and team engagement
