Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and implement payment solutions using Oracle for SEPA Instant transfers. Ensured full compliance with EBA Rulebook 2025 (RB2025), aligning business requirements with technical delivery. This work contributed to more efficient, compliant, and scalable payment processes, supporting banks in their transition to ISO20022 and instant payments adoption.

• Keeps and owns the functional knowledge of the Payment Flows from end 2 end point of view for SEPA payments (SCT, SCT INST, SDD), Faster Payments, SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS.

• Knowledge of Payment hub functional architecture and core payment solutions to drive solution architecture and technology development from design to implementation.

• Analyse technical and business requirements for SCT , SCT INST., SDD and SWIFT (As IS), GAP identification, reporting, documentation management and integration/migration strategy.

• Work directly with product owners, system engineers, program managers, developers, testers, and customers to define features and technical user stories.

• Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with end users / stakeholders and technical delivery team.

• Ensure Business Payments flows definition for SCT and SCT INST is clear, complete.

• Draft High level design end2end needed for each Payment Flow covering all variants for SEPA.

• Functional knowledge of European (ex. SEPA (SCT, SDD, SCT isnst.) Faster Payments, BACS, CHAPS and global consumer payments types, SWIFT.

• Work closely with counterparts in Product Management to align on the vision, program backlog, and roadmap for SCT INSTANT PAYMENTS and SCT.

• Acting as stakeholder of specific product backlog items, work closely with development teams to ensure the output to be aligned with expectations.

• Overview and understanding of the end to end Payment processes.

• Design and implementation of financial operational controls to monitor payment schemes i.e. FP, BACS, CHAPS, International payments, Cheque clearing, Cash and Internal accounts.

• Manage processes to identify and analyse exceptions/breaks using data analysis tools as SAS, MicroStrategy and reports from P4UK.

• Liaise with Payments Operations to rectify customer position and accounting adjustment for financial information.

• Identification of issues and breaks within and between systems. Reaching out right counterparties such as Finance, Operations or IT teams and lead and monitor the solution process.

• Manage work arounds and support application change requests.

• Preparation of month end attestation and support audit queries.
