As a Lead Project Manager on the account of Johnson Controls International (JCI), I led projects in EMEA, including overseeing the implementation of network solutions at customer sites. Facilitated global network orders for JCI as the Order Manager across APAC, EMEA, and AMS regions. Establish and oversee the ongoing N-2 IOS upgrade program and integrate it into regular operations. Orchestrated the global CPE Refresh program for JCI, ensuring alignment of client networks with IT Security and Vulnerability Architectural standards to mitigate risks and meet contractual requirements.

• Streamlined EMEA network disconnect requests from the Life Cycle Manager, ensuring accurate invoicing adjustments or halts for JCI.

• Implemented IOS upgrades on hundreds of sites globally, mitigating the risk of failures and security breaches.

• Initiated the hardware refresh program, now part of standard operations, requiring replacement every three years for 25K devices across 1,500 worldwide sites.

• Formed and led a cross-functional team based in Asia, operating across APAC, EMEA, and AMS zones.

At Brunel I was seconded to Fujitsu Technology Services as a senior project manager. Here I led several projects.

• Led the replacement, automation and improvement of the security of administrative processes for conditional release of convicted persons at Fujitsu Technology Services within the Public Prosecution Service (Public Prosecutor) part of the Ministry of Justice.

• Led the transition of the TAQA BV account from Fujitsu to Peopleware as Transition Manager,

• Migration and upgrade of share point at the Ministry of Justice.
