Lo que hago:

Automatización con IA generativa (LLM): extracción de datos de facturas y documentos (PDF e imágenes), validación con reglas de negocio y exportación lista para usar. He desarrollado ParsIA, un sistema de procesamiento de facturas con IA en producción para una firma de servicios profesionales.

Herramientas de gestión a medida: cuadros de mando en Power BI, herramientas PMO con KPIs de Earned Value, y automatización avanzada de Excel — el cliente trabaja con sus herramientas de siempre, sin cambiar de sistema.

Desarrollo Python: aplicaciones web internas (FastAPI), integraciones con APIs de IA, y pipelines de datos.

Lo que me diferencia: 20 años gestionando proyectos IT (PMP, SCRUM Master, ITIL4) en sanidad, industria y transporte. No solo desarrollo: entiendo los procesos de negocio, hablo el idioma de la dirección y entrego soluciones que la gente realmente usa. Actualmente completando un Máster en Inteligencia Artificial.

• • Integrated with Power BI: auto-generated flat data sheets per project feed a consolidated portfolio dashboard, plus a global resource-capacity report with utilisation thresholds.

• • Delivered an end-to-end invoice data extraction and validation system for accounting, automating data entry from supplier and client invoices (PDF and images) into formated Excel outputs.
• • Built a three-step wizard web application (Process → Review & Edit → Export) with Python, FastAPI, HTMX and Jinja2, integrating a multimodal LLM API (vision) for structured field extraction.
• • Designed a fully configuration-driven architecture: a single JSON schema defines fields, types and validation rules, so new invoice fields require no code changes.
• • Implemented a Spanish business-rule validation engine: CIF/NIF/NIE checksums, IVA rate checks, IBAN validation, cross-field total verification, duplicate/invalid invoice detection with automatic archiving, and own-company cross-checks.
