In my role as a consultant, I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse industries on a multitude of projects, each with its unique set of challenges and opportunities. My primary focus has been on fostering the adoption of I've played a key role in optimizing IT infrastructure costs, ensuring the seamless operation and high availability of both infrastructures and applications under my purview. My responsibilities also extend to managing advanced level 3 support tasks, swiftly resolving incidents, and ensuring infrastructure compliance with rigorous internal policies encompassing backups, security, updates, monitoring, and access controls.

Worked closely with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance. Tested troubleshooting methods devised innovative solutions and documented resolutions for inclusion in the knowledge base for support team use. Created automated CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and Jenkins. Introduced automation of monitoring system for 24/7 network systems, bolstering continuity of operations.
