Developing and creating user journeys, low, medium, and high-fidelity prototypes, conducting user research, user mapping, research reports, creating Design Ops, Documenta tion, and Showcases. Agile management for the design team and experience in negotiations between Business Analysts, Product Owners, Devs, and Architects.

Responsible for the end-to-end visual direction of Qsaúde's brand across all platforms. This included creating and art directing both online and offline marketing materials, developing a comprehensive library of branded illustrations, and solely designing and maintaining the cohesive visual identity within the Qsaúde mobile application to ensure a consistent user experience.

Led comprehensive art direction for all digital and traditional media, including the corporate website, online campaigns, and offline marketing collateral. Directed the creative process for corporate videos and the "Plá" series from concept to completion, encompassing scriptwriting, storyboarding, video editing, and motion graphics animation. Ensured a consistent, high-quality visual narrative across all platforms to strengthen brand identity and effectively engage the target audience.
