At BinariDev, I served as IT Project Manager and Business Intelligence lead, directing a development team to build commercial systems. My key project was a comprehensive inventory management solution with integrated QR payment processing, credit management, digital receipt storage, and automated sales analytics. At ContaBit, I contributed to the maintenance and enhancement of the core accounting system, delivering high-impact optimizations across multiple areas. I reduced report generation time from nearly 30 minutes to just 5–7 minutes on databases handling 40GB+ of data—a critical improvement for daily operations. I also redesigned the UI of several modules to improve usability and user experience and resolved numerous hotfixes to ensure system stability.
