José Paino tiene muy buen gusto y todas las piezas que hace están llenas de elegancia, y de un "toque" especial. Le gusta aportar cosas nuevas y es muy proactivo, además siempre argumenta cada cosa que hace. Sin ninguna duda es un valor añadido para cualquier marca, tiene una sensibilidad especial y se involucra desde el minuto 1. Además siempre está aprendiendo cosas nuevas y está al día de todas las tendencias y en constante renovación. Otro punto importante es que tiene muy buen humor y es una persona muy alegre, esto hace que el trabajo sea muy fácil y ameno. Trabajo impecable. 10000000000% recomendable.
