Our work is focused on strategic & product design for companies and organisations who value the power of Design. We help our clients building a better future by re-thinking our physical and digital worlds by centering mainly on the End User experience, following the Design Thinking methodology and holding Stakeholder workshops, user research and interaction design.
I've been designing experiences, products and services for years. I'm a learner, researcher, designer, strategist, thinker, lecturer & teacher, amongst other things. As a Service Designer, I take a step back to understand and re-design the bigger picture; I improve the backstage processes and workflows that make the end users’ Customer Journey possible.
My Skillsets include:
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering by creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps.
- Service Design: Service Blueprint, Research, Customer Journey, Ecosystem Mapping, etc.
- Managing and integrating usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Monitoring and integrating behavior data and customer feedback into key product decisions.
