● Single Cell Platform Analysis: Pioneered a single-cell platform analysis,
offering bioinformatics single-cell analysis as a service to external research
centers.
● Innovative Genomic Data Management and Analysis Web App: Pioneering
the development of a cutting-edge web application, my objective was to
automate analyses, facilitate result visualization, and streamline the sharing
of genomic data. This transformative innovation resulted in a notable
enhancement of efficiency in data analysis and a substantial increase in
data-sharing among research groups.
