As a Project Manager, I often lead international teams scattered across different time zones and cultures. In one of my roles, I managed a global team that had no open conflicts, yet suffered from clunky communication and a lack of synergy—which directly impacted our efficiency and delivery quality.

As Functional Safety Assesor, I am focused on ISO26262 standard and my experience of project development process.
